Whether you exercise outdoors or in the comfort of your own home, exercise is important during the coronavirus pandemic. Exercise reduces stress, anxiety and depression, especially during isolation. It increases blood circulation to the brain in areas that control motivation and mood, fear response to stress and memory formation.

Exercise has so many physical benefits, as well. Isolation and coronavirus fears can lead to greater calorie consumption, which could promote weight gain.
